On March 5, 2025, CIRS Group once again successfully assisted clients in securing new cosmetic ingredient registration numbers. According to the database of China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA), the newly registered ingredient is HDI/Di-C12-14 Alkyl Tartrate/Hydrogenated Dimer Dilinoleyl Copolymer (Registration No.: Guo Zhuang Yuan Bei Zi 20250021), with Intercos S.p.A. listed as the registrant. To date, a total of 22 new cosmetic ingredients have been registered in 2025, with CIRS Group providing technical support for more than one-fourth of these registrations.

Among the 22 newly registered cosmetic ingredients, seven were submitted by companies from overseas countries and regions, with five of those registrations credited to Intercos S.p.A.
An analysis of new cosmetic ingredient registration data reveals that in 2024, a total of 12 new cosmetic ingredients were registered by companies from overseas countries and regions, involving seven foreign enterprises. Among these, Intercos S.p.A. achieved the highest number of registration approvals.
