Measures for the Administration of Operating Licenses for Hazardous Chemicals

21 May 2012, the newest version of the "Measures for the Administration of Operating License for hazardous chemicals" (SAWS Order No.55) was published by the State Administration of Work Safety (SAWS) of China. The SAWS Order 55 has set out the detailed requirements and procedures for operating license according to the Regulation on Safe Management of Hazardous Chemicals (Decree 591). The order replaced the old one issued in 2002 and came into force on 1 Sept 2012.
