Your tasks
- Act as a leader of CIRS USA to set up a regulatory compliance team and achieve the team performance objectives;
- Develop strategic initiatives and explore the American regulation compliance market;
- Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners/ associations/ authorities;
- Manage/supervise employee activities/works, providing suitable resources; and
- Work closely with the Ireland team, UK team, China team, and Korea team to get technical support and/or share the work plan;
Qualifications
- BSc. in Chemical, Biology, Environmental Sciences, natural resources or related discipline;
- At least 7 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance of the chemical/ cosmetic industry and familiar with TSCA, EU REACH, GHS, Cosmetics Regulation, etc.;
- Superior leadership skills, at least 3 years experience as a business manager or relevant managerial role;
- Proven experience with business and strategy development processes;
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English; and
- Ability to work in a global team environment, effective interpersonal skills;
